400 Blankenbaker Pkwy was a design & build project with Blacketer Co. , that included rooftop equipment & split systems for tenant finish.

Cardinal Manufacturing is a continuing customer. We provide building & factory conditioning as well as specialty exhaust and ventilation, for their 140,000sq ft. facility.

Glenmary Shopping Ctr.

6500 Bardstown Rd., is another example of a design & build tenant fit up, that includes split system HVAC tailored to each tenant's needs.

Glenmary Shopping Ctr., was a design & build project with Peters Construction. It included split system high efficiency equipment for tenant fit up and continuing preventative maintenance.

Shane Co.

Middletown United Methodist

Shane Company was a plan & spec project with Brasch Barry General Contractors that included rooftop equipment and complex control systems for building management.

Middletown United Methodist was a 76,000 sq ft. design & build project. It included split system heating and cooling for both the church and gymnasium.

Taylor Ctr./Old Vogue Theatre

The Taylor Ctr. was a plan and spec project with Bornstein Building that consisted of rooftops and split systems along with special asthetic concerns to enhance the existing building. The Taylor Ctr is a continuing preventative maintanence customer.

This was a plan and spec project that included close coordination with engineers from New York City and with Bornstein Building. It was complete hvac with VAV, Liebert computer room cooling, Chill water piping, and roof mounted drycoolers. As you can see in the photo, it took major logistic coordination for the placement of equipment.

Platinum Travel is one of our many Safety and Efficiency agreement customers that include quarterly cleaning and servicing.

This was a renovation/new addition to an existing restaurant to create the well known Calobrace Plastic Surgery Center and Spa!

King Southern Bank

Louisville Science Center

This was a Design/Build project with David Construction for the King Southern Bank branch in Middletown, Ky. It included complete HVAC equipment, duct, and controls.

This was a partial renovation to one of the floors at the Louisville Science Center. This project was especially fun due to the routing and difficulty of some of the duct routing to fit in with the exhibits!
