Dear Chapman Heating and Cooling, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your professionalism and promptness in helping us in our time of need. We have been so pleased with the service and integrity of your employees. What initially started as a scheduled service call to help us with our air flow ended up being a rescue mission to get us up and running again after our air conditioning condensers were stolen. The condensers were replaced and my office had air flow by the next day (before the 90+ weather started). There was never a mention of scheduling problems or inconvenience from your employees even though we are fully aware that you are completely booked up during this time of year. Thank you for catering to us and making such an unfortunate turn of events turn around so flawlessly. Hopefully, we will feel cool temperatures again in the morning!! I can not tell you enough how pleased I am with your service!!!
